Dec. 29, 2014

We did a lot of walking this week! Up and down and through and through campus! I know the place pretty well now!
Well this week was busy with missionary activities, interviews, and Christmas! But we also set up RAMYA'S BAPTISM! :) Wooo Hoooo! She is getting baptized tomorrow! And is sooo excited! So are we! We are all going shopping together today! I love Ramya! We taught her almost everyday this week! and She introduced us to her friend Kweensi form Africa! He was telling her that the Book of Mormon was not a book from God so she invited him to a lesson and we taught him the restoration and he said he wanted to read the whole book and pray about it! He was awesome!
Then we also taught Tim and David a lot this week! They are VERY cool! They are also from Africa and after we taught them the Restoration they said to us "I think we might have to think more about how there is a prophet on the earth today! It makes a lot of sense!" We also taught him about the Plan of Salvation and he said that he wouldn't mind if Adam and Eve had never fallen because he wouldn't mind staying in the pre-earth life. I asked Tim how old he was and he said well I am 27 and I said "how much have you learned in your 27 years of experience?" he said ohhh soo much!  I told him that if Adam and Eve had never fallen he would not have that knowledge! He wouldn't even have a body! It was so crazy to think about it like that! If they had never eaten the fruit we wouldn't have been able to gain the experience or even had a body! We would have just remained there....forever....way to go Eve! I had a investigator way back in Kalamazoo that wanted to make a clothing shop named "Thanks Eve" Hahaha....
I found this scripture in D&C 123:13-14
13 Therefore, that we should waste and wear out our lives in bringing to light all the hidden things of darkness, wherein we know them; and they are truly manifest from heaven—
14 These should then be attended to with great earnestness.
There is NOTHING more that I want than to waste and wear out my life to bring souls unto Christ! I love my savior Jesus Christ more than anything. I want to help everyone understand the importance of this message! It truly is the MOST important thing on the face of the earth. Why wouldn't we want to tell people about it every second of every day?

Much Michigan Love,
Sister Oswald
