Hi Family! This week was just as crazy as last week! We had two trade-offs and TONS of lessons!

First Trade-off I went to Williamston with Sister Morrison! She had such a bad cold but she just worked so hard! They just baptized a family of four! Those sisters are killin' it in that area! So amazing!
in between that trade-off and Friday's trade-off here are some of the weekly highlights:
1. Remember Kevin? I told you alllll about him last week! Well he is getting less and less quiet and sad! The Gospel is AMAZING! He is getting baptized on October 18th!  The lesson was really good! He comes to every activity and comes to church!
2. We taught Hu Wenchi! He is the greatest! We taught about faith and used this visual with corn starch and water and by the end he was covered in corn starch and he looks at us and says "My faith is all over!" Hu wenchi is the greatest person ever!
3. We met this girl named Meg and she is from Brazil! We met with her and Sister Jacobsen came with us! Meg was not too happy on the fact that God has a body. She grew up very Catholic! But toward the end she opened up with a story about this boy back in Brazil that over came a lot of trials and was just such a sweet boy and then was later killed and she broke down crying. So I told her the story of Brody and of course cried also...so we were both crying by the end and it was just such a sweet sweet experience to be able to tell her of the Plan that Heavenly Father has for each of us! :) We are meeting with her again this Thursday!
4. After that Sister Jacobsen spent some time with us organizing and cleaning out our apartment! That is what she went to school for so she was excited! :) It feels so much better! Our apartment is transfer central so during transfers we have like 6-8 sisters staying in our apartment and also the sisters that are going home that transfer so whatever they don't want to take it ALL gets left at our apartment! Haha so we had like four garbage bags full of clothes! President Jacobsen said that when they went to drop it off at the Goodwill everyone cheered! haha....my goodness...
Well family! Congrats to Nicholas! My goodness he is TOO TOOO young to be on a mission :( bahh....crazy! But I know that missions are the best thing that can happen to ANYONE really...through my mission I have been shaped more and more to the person that I want to be and more importantly to the person Heavenly Father wants me to be! and I get to be with TONS of wonderful people everyday...you really can't get better than that! :) I love this gospel and I know that this is Heavenly Father's church! :)
Sorry this is such a lame, short, quick thought e-mail....don't have much time today! We are going to play soccer golf! :)
I LOVE YOU ALL! Have a wonderrrrful week!
Much Michigan Love, Sister Oswald
