So this week...we decided that we were going to get most of our trade-offs done in one week! so Sister Rogers and I saw each other like twice for a couple hours this week haha....and we still have three more! It was a super fun but tiring week for both of us! Some wonderful trade-offs that were so fun! :)
Tuesday I had trade-offs with Sister Flora! She is AMAZING! Her dad passed away 3 months ago while she was still on her mission and my goodness have I never seen a stronger person! I know that I would not be able to do that! I learned more from her than she will ever learn from me!
We had a lesson with Ramya Saturday morning and it was wonderful! She is soo great! She is from India and so beautiful!
Wednesday we had District meeting and then Traded off right after and I went to Lansing with Sister Jensen! Who I was companions with in Kalamazoo! and we met some wonderful people! We went door knocking in a trailer park and it reminded me so much of the good old days in Kalamazoo....oh I miss it soo much! :(
We had a lesson with Audrey on Thursday night after we traded back! She is from France and probably the most prefect person I have ever met! She is beautiful! She came to church on Sunday I swear every guy was falling out of his chair! haha....yep...she is perfect!
Then we went on trade-offs again that night and Sister Bigham came her....oh I love her! We met with Thien...so he shows up with this herbal tea so excited or us to try it! So he gets it all ready and I try it and it is the worst! So I am kind of just staring at it and Thien is just like it is soo good it is my favorite! THEN he says the opening prayer and says please bless that the sisters will like my tea....well...now I have to drink it! So through out the lesson as we watch the restoration I am just like choking it down and gagging....it was the worst! But I guess very healthy for you....soo...
Saturday we met with KYLE! Oh how I  love Kyle! He is soo sweet! He taught us how to count in Chinese! :) We had a super good lesson with him! We asked him how he feels when he prays and he got really excited and said "JOYFUL!" I asked him if he thinks that this is his answer and he said yes! :) so happy! He then asked us after the lesson if we wanted to go to lunch with him! It  was so great! :)
Welll...sorry but that was the quick rundown of my week! Know that I love you all so much and I love missionary work! I just cannot describe to you what this has meant to me! There are no words for it...language is limiting! But something I have learned is that your testimony is you in its purest form...so don't forget to bear your testimony a lot this week because as you do so you get closer and closer to your real identity! Language is limiting but the spirit has no limits! :)
Much Michigan Love,
Sister Oswald!
