This week.

okay so this week we we had Zone Conference on Wednesday and it was awesome....I love the Hess's so much!! I am going to miss them! They are leaving in one months :( Not sure if I am okay with that...but the lord knows best :) Can't wait to meet the Jacobson's i am sure they will be just as great!

Lindsey is in the process of thinking! so we are going back in a couple weeks to see how she is doing! She is having problems with the modern day prophet but I know when she reads and prays about the Book of Mormon she will know! All we can do is keep praying for her. We brought a member with us to that lesson and she dominated it! Man I love when members come to lessons they just bring something special with them! She just reassured Lindsey that she would know and to keep praying!

Sam....Sam I am....GOODNESS I love Sam he is from Palestine and he is Muslim! So we are at square one with Jesus Christ and why it is so important to have Jesus Christ. Meaning we start from the fall and work on up! Sam is the funniest guy! He says I trust God so much that I leave my door open all night he will keep me safe...not a good idea in the middle of Kalamazoo!! but hey he has a lot of faith! He says he will read the Book of Mormon and next lesson we have with him we are teaching him how to pray and ask God questions! I love teaching about prayer...okay I love teaching everything about the gospel! Let's be honest!

Friday we had TRADE-OFFS! I love trade-offs especially when I got to campus! It gives me a break from things haha thursday was a hard day let's just say that! So it was nice to have a change of scenery and to go to campus! The teaching style and finding new investigators is SO DIFFERENT from family wards! Sometimes I pray to have Heavenly Father send me to campus...it is seriously so fun haha! I learned so much on campus from sister young! she is such a great teacher!!! I hope that I will be able to teach like her someday! haha :)

We had a church tour with Sharee on Saturday and it was so good the spirit was sooo strong in the chapel!! we were all crying and she just hugged us and it was such a good experience!! I love doing church tour because they really get to feel of the spirit and how everything works! She wasn't able to make it again this Sunday because she was going to Big Rapids to see her family! :( again...hopefully next week!

Welllll there is always so much going on that I wish I could sit down and tell you all about but really I don't have time! So just a few things I learned this week....

You are following the spirit even if you don't know you are. Meaning you are always where you are supposed to be if you are doing the right thing! So saturday we had a member with us and we were trying so hard to find someone to teach and everything fell through and all the sudden a thought came to mind to see Connie Ryfe! and so we went there and she quickly let us in! we had a little lesson and as we were leaving she says I swear you girls always know the perfect time to just pop in! I wanted to cry because sometimes it feels like I am not hearing the spirit but I am reminded it is not a letter that comes in the mail with the agenda for the day (That would be REALLY nice) but it is by thoughts and still small impressions that come. That is how the Lord directs his work. Sometimes I need to pause and notice that for a little bit.

I also learned I need to be more BOLD! This is the Lord's work! We were sitting down and having a lesson with Sharee and she says I am so glad that we can come together and have a bible study and agree that everyone has the right to worship they way they want and we can just come together every church that talks about God is going to heaven. I. was. floored. We had taught her the restoration we told her many times this church is true but it was not coming through so again we taught the Restoration being very BOLD and most importantly LOVING. this time she got it and said she would pray to know this church is true. DONE. DEAL. Gosh horrible misunderstanding and I rude awakening to know I need to be more bold!

SO many improvements and so far to go with so LITTLE time left...sometimes I realize whoa! HOLD ON I have been out for seven months and I still don't know anything!! Then I get overwhelmed thinking how I am going to accomplish being a missionary like Alma and I realize with the LORD I can do ALL things! All is alot. But I know with my very being that when I am submissive and rely on the Lord I can do all things. No matter how hard it is. I know that this work is Heavenly Father's work and the harder I work the more I love the work and my Father in Heaven! I love the people in Kalamazoo so much! I am so sad that I only have two weeks left here! it has gone by way to fast! I started crying in the middle of church as Sister Savage got up to bare her testimony about how much she loved this ward...I love this place so much and it is going to be SO HARD leaving this area! but all is well because this is the Lord's work and he knows what he is doing :) I love you all so very much!! Thanks so much for your support! I am SO unbelievably lucky to have you all as my family and friends! I love you all!
