I am currently listening to the CMU band playing outside! I am not even going to school here and I am getting pumped (maybe all the potential people I could be teaching that are walking around) They have been doing freshman orientation all this week! So, campus is getting pretty busy! We can finally go out PCing on campus (personal contacting....it is so fun!)
Tuesday we had trade-offs and it was super fun! Sister Cornia is so awesome!! I will send pictures later of all the Sisters next we have Zone Conference! So that will be great!
Wednesday we had interviews with President Jacobsen and he talked about was marriage..WHY WERE WE TALKING ABOUT MARRIAGE...ahh....but we of course talked about the work and it was so wonderful to meet with him! He said I reminded him of Sister Jacobsen, which was such a complement! He is also very inspired! It helped me to get to know him more! So that was good! and then after interviews we talked about how when he comes back that President and Sister Jacobsen will come to Island Park with my family! He used to go to Island Park all the time! Haha so put that on your calender in three years! haha! Anyways it was fun to get to know them! :)

And then Friday and Saturday we were out of our area! We went to Cadillac for a blitz! It was sooo pretty up there! I loved it! We got a lot of work done in those two days and we also had soo much fun! I loved seeing Sister Christiansen!! We were able to talk for a while when doing exchange evaluations! :) So that was good! I miss her!!

We were able to get tons of new investigators this week! Which was such a blessing! So we were getting in the car after finding and  I look over at this guy staring at us and smoking and I feel very strongly we should go talk to him! So we walk over there and he hurries and puts his cigarette away and starts walking inside, but don't worry we caught him and started talking to him but he said "ehh, not really interested, but talk to my neighbor!" So he shuts the door and we were about to walk away but then we turned around and knocked on his neighbor's door! So long story short, Mya Thundar is from Berma and didn't speak very good English. So after a few minutes of struggling to comperhend eachother she let us in and in the end we decided to help her with her English! So we are going by this Saturday! It was super awesome to see how Heavenly Father guided us right to her! Funny thing is when I was on trade-offs Tuesday the sisters had knocked on her door but she wasn't interested then! Now she was...funny how Heavenly Father works! :)

I know that this is Heavenly Father's work! I love to see how he guides me and the other missionaries I work with! It is very wonderful to be working hand in hand with my Heavenly Father! I know that the message we has missionaries have the opportunity to share is true and brings the most happiness!
I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! and I pray for you every night!
Much Michigan Love, Sister Oswald
